About Me

Balancing motherhood & marriage with my passions for yoga, medical assistant work and the outdoors. I walked away from my celebrity London lifestyle in 2009, pregnant with my first child and en route to starting a new life in Norway.

After a turbulent few years in the media fighting a lost battle against newspapers & magazines it was unbelievably refreshing to wake up to Nature instead of Paparazzi & opinions outside my front door. I had no idea what tomorrow would bring and whether I would soon be moving back again.

However I fell in love with Norway, living so close to Nature on a daily basis became the biggest luxury life gave me. As a bonus the people who live here are great too.

I learned the language, studied to become an authorised medical assistant and took a 500 hour yoga teacher training in Ashtanga, Yin, Senior and kids yoga.

I am passionate about helping others live a healthier and happier life.

“Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food.” – Hippocrates.

My food journey is quite interesting and even my own husband struggles to keep up! I have gone from a vegetarian for 7 years to pescatarian to eating everything back to vegetarian 4 years ago then to a plant based diet from September 2017 for two years, to a vegetarian in 2020 and now back to plant based!

My reason for sticking to a plant based diet is quite simply because I love animals and therefor find it impossible to eat them or eat anything that has had to suffer to make it onto my plate.
